I guess I'm weird in a way I make sure it's a straight up deal before I buy something and I have to sometimes see for myself before I purchase stuff also.

Well went to lowes and got one heck of a deal on this machine $47, after I seen that I said how many do you have and they said plenty so I bought 2 more for the long haul and possibly to add to my helpers hands when I'm working the opposite side.

Anyways I also won a 50 pad lot of 3M Finishing / Polishing Pads from Ebay (waffle style) I'm just going to be needing a 4" backing plate, because these pads are 5 1/4" velcro.

Anyone got any links to the right size backing plate I should use?

Thanks for any help Feed back please :p

some of the 3m pads use hook it 2...meaning the velcro is reversed....so wait till you get the pads..you may need to get a 3M plate for it to work...

Thats a great idea. I didn't think about from the other side of the fence. Preciate it.

Take me a pic of those pads!!!
I'd like to see 50 pads all sitting together!

10-4 I'll do it when they get here. There coming from Chamblee so shouldn't be long.

$47 is a fantastic price. Getting two was smart. The best I had seen was $109.

Well the 3M pads finally showed up. Guess I'm stocked on polishing/finishing for now :)

Yeah you should be set!! What kind of backing did they have? Was it what Al described?

3.5" from AG is going to work perfect. Ready to stick :)
