Just out of curiosity, because of something that came up in another thread on customer service--the one half of your backing plate (the part that attaches to the machine) is fine, it's only the part with the Velcro that failed, correct? But instead of just sending you a replacement for the part that failed, Eric sent an entire new system (both halves), and not only that, he sent you two?

I politely asked Eric if he would send a replacement system plus an extra of the part that broke (as a backup in the unlikely event it happens again). I figured that, since they were the manufacturer, they might have spare parts available. Eric replied to my request and said he would send two whole systems!

Now that is what I call excellent customer service!
