Brown tires - can't fix

I didn't dress the inside, that would have been a step too silly for me

Well, you'd consider me very silly then, I've graduated from dressing the backs to coating them. Part of that is to find a way to use up my Turtle Wax black coating that I don't like using on the fronts because I invariably get some on the wheel.

No, that's not silly, you're using something up rather than throwing it out, and being a coating it should last longer than a dressing. I have products I don't use anymore, but won't throw out, and I occasionally find uses for, for example I used some Mother's Carnauba Cleaner Wax on my Bull bar a few weeks ago, it's powder coated so it's never going to be super glossy, but it cleaned it, and it's protected, sort of

I could actually do the inside of my tyres without removing them or jacking it up, it's lifted enough that I can slide under and reach up and spray and wipe from the underside.

But I always used to dress the back of the tires when rotating. Crawling under the car to do it, no.

I still dress both sides. I use a bath sponge on a long handle to help me. No big deal.
