Bug/Tar Remover?

What's a good bug/tar remover to get through any kind of tar that I encounter on a customer's vehicle? Feed back please
 
I've been using Surf City Garage Road Trip Grime Destroyer and haven't found anything it won't take off. Another popular choice is Poor Boys Bug Squash, I haven't tried it personally but it's suppose to be quite strong.
