Built new website / work in progress

Hey guys! Looking for constructive criticism for my site. I need to start taking pictures when I detail, but being a one man show on the weekends, it seems that taking pictures is the first thing to go.

Anyway, I'm working with what I've got. I've documented a few details - enough to make the website look somewhat respectable.

Here is what I see:
On the front page the first things I see are WELCOME and SERVICES. I didn't even notice there was something below it. I accidentally scrolled down and found the video and slideshow.

To me everything seems over-sized (really big graphics, pics, fonts, etc...)

As for layout it looks good, nice a simple & the color scheme looks good.

Ah, yes. That's what we in the biz call the "fold."

On this diminutive 13" laptop with... whatever resolution it's at, said fold is but a few millimeters below the bottom of my screen. Had Goin Rogue not mentioned it, I probably would not have scrolled down to see what lie beneath. Why? Because nothing alerted me to do so.

The problem, see, is that you have two rather large elements (buttons, we'll say) smack in the middle. Surrounded by nothingness. To wit, there's no indication anything is going on except those two buttons.

Aside from that first impression, it's not a bad first go. Keep at it! I'll continue to check it out. Good luck!
 
Agreed with both Goin Rogue and Greggle...I didn't even know to scroll down until I read Rogue's comment...Otherwise...I do like the simplicity of the site and I think you have some good pictures. I like the "your interior may be dirtier than you think" line.
 
Thanks guys! I edited the home page to make the information below able to be seen. Will take a look into adjusting text sizes as well.

I have been working on the site a lot the past day or two. I know it doesnt look like much but I think its a good start. I would greatly appreciate some feedback on my "services" page. I can't seem to decide which one I like the best. I have "Services New, Services, and Services Old"

Any advice/thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
 
I only want to use one of the three pages - - keeping the other two service pages up so people can help me decide which one looks best. We're you meaning you liked the "services" one? Thanks!

My vote is for the one labeled "services"...not the old or the new.
