Burned clearcoat or uneven ceramic coating?

I had my f150 ceramic coated by someone I usually do everything myself but with work I don't have time and I've never ceramic coated before. Do you guys think he burned clearcoat or applied ceramic unevenly I didn't catch it when I picked it up.

Definitely going to need a better picture then that but a simple test you can do is take a mild polish and rub at it with a microfiber. If it's a high spot it will remove rather quickly.

It's hard to make anything out from that picture.

Hard to tell with a picture that dark but if I had to take a guess based on what I see in my phone’s screen, I say that’s a burn through. High spots on coating do not look like that.
