Business name issues

I had to do some digging but there is a guy here in town using Raleigh Mobile Detail but it's advertised as a different name on his website. Confusing, but it's taken.

I searched wake county's records and their is nothing on "Raleigh Mobile Detail, or Raleigh Mobile Detailing" If he doesn't have it legally registered it's free game. You don't want people to mix up your business with his but if he's not advertising under that name I wouldn't worry.

There's really not too many legitimate operations around here..I would just pick something that you like and isn't too similar to anyone else. I know Attention To Detail (ATD) in Raleigh is a firefighter as well. My name is Carolina Shine Company. The only other guys that are big and seem to focus on higher end work are Johnsons, Premier something, and 1st class something. Everyone else seems to just be a quick wash and wax operation(from my online research, I'm sure there's some others)

I saw the same websites you did Jim and thought the exact same thing haha I'm going with On Scene Detailing mostly because the domain is available and google isn't producing any conflicts. Thanks for the help, guys.
