Better safe than sorry...

It would be a shame to invest into building a successful business and then later decide to add a website only to find out your first choice for domain names is taken.

Also, later you might want to have a business related e-mail address for any print work or advertising you do and it will tend to look more professional to have an e-mail associated with a legitimate business domain name like [email protected] versus fuzzybunny77 @ hotmail . com

It's definitely not a deal breaker but again maybe do some domain name searching and see if your chosen business name can also be registered as a .com name.

It's also written in every one of his Signatures... so I don't think it was an accident.

If you look, you'll see my e-mail is in everyone of my replies as a part of my Sig Line and I get little or no Spam.

On MOL I had my Meguiar's e-mail and now my Autogeek e-mail was/is in over 28,000 posts and little to no Spam.

Usually it's the least of my worries...

Jokes are rarely funny when you need to explain them, but here goes:

I highlighted the fuzzybunny in red, because that was the one I was talking about. And I said "personal" email... I've seen the links to the AG email.

Oh well.... There goes my hopes as a stand up comedian <crickets>
 
Mike right. I changed my email address to [email protected]

I have a website through go daddy and it $10 a month for 10 pages and an email address. I set up the email address to forward itself to my gmail account so I can get it on my phone.
