Oh wow, will do that. So is the name yours forever??? Nobody can make T-shirts that say " Radiant Reflections" on it and sell them without your approval?
 
I dont think so . I think it Just goes for your area idk tho . I need to look into that .
 
Registering doesn't exactly make it yours. If someone makes a tshirt you'd technically have to take legal action which would be costly and not worth it.
 
You'd have to go through and get it copy righted and a trade make I guess . I know nothing about all that. May look in to it tho .

Ya trademark and copyrighted but it costs alot and you have to do it for each country and so on. For how small of a profit detailing is its not worth it. It can cost well over 100 000 to copyright it in most countries. The book small business for dummies has alot of info on the subject. Your website, and email however can be registered for next to nothing.

Yeah with website and email address I'll be satisfied. I just wouldn't want someone to come knocking on my door saying I owe them money cos i used there name. (Probably wont happen though)

Unless you turn detailing into something Steve Jobs did. 😄
