Been a busy past few days. First was a daily driver Lexus ES350. The exterior of the car was hammered from everyday driving, washing and everything in-between! Luckily the interior was well kept and just needed a going through.

Overall the car was nice but had the normal swirls and RIDS.

Wheels wiped down with N914. Tires dressed with Mckees Gloss Tire Gel

Finished polished

PC7424/ BOSS orange correcting pad, 3D 505

LSP

IGL Premier silica sealant

Chrome polished with McKee's fast metal polish

It was tough to capture defects with this bright color. But here are two before pictures

All finished

Had to take a few pictures of old and new!

Great job! That was an impressive 50/50 on the Lexus.

Nice. I glanced really quickly at the before photo and thought I saw a Camry, and then I said to myself, the title said Lexus. I was like Damn, he turns a camry into a lexus...now thats good detailing!!

Fantastic job on both of them Justin! GTO sounded sweet!

Wow...
Wished my test spot looks like that on my Lexus!

Tom

Great work, pics and write up! Those 50/50 and test spot pics on the Lex are great!!! Goat turned out very nice as well.

Thanks for posting!

Beautiful work! I feel that your work on the goat is flawless, but the the body work and basecoat application leaves a lot to be desired-which is a direct reflection on the bodyshop and not you. The car is still fun to look at none-the-less!

Damn!

That GTO is cool!

You have to love working on classics like this,

Smooth, flat panels...

No plastic trim.

Timeless body lines.

Nice work!

:)

Thanks Mike! Totally agree with you. Been getting more classics lately. Only concern I have is that you never know the paint quality seeing as 90% aren't factory paint and who knows how the body work was done. Unlike late model cars which tend to be more OEM paint then not.

Lexus looks awesome.Northern cars are terrible to work on tons of tar and swirls.I did a Tacoma back in 2010 had to wash the whole truck with gas it had tar or asphalt mist everywhere .You earn your money detailing northern cars.
