This is central Florida for crying out loud----the sunshine state!

My forecast tonight and tomorrow:

Tonight: Areas of frost after 1am. Otherwise, clear, with a low around 21. North northwest wind between 3 and 7 mph.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 60. Wind chill values between 16 and 26 early. Light wind becoming west southwest between 10 and 13 mph. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.

hahha i know the feeling -17 here and in the wind it feels like -40! COLD

yea, I just went out to get some errands done and man is it cold! Just keeps getting colder tonight.

Of course, I'm not complaining, because I know what our northern neighbors get to deal with :D

It has been real cold here in Texas too. But this weekend is supposed to be in the upper 50's and sunny. However, my family hase been ill with cold, sore thoart, etc. and guess how is the last to catch it. Yuk. I hope to feel well enough to wash the car this weekend. Then I hop on a plane to Wash DC for a week of meetings. I hear it is way cold there!

We not going to get frost but it's goint to be cold tonight in south Florida too. I had to bring my parrots in for the night.

It was 82 and sunny here today. Forecast for tomorrow is 83 and sunny. :D

But you're in NY and we're in Florida!!

And you know what sucks about Florida cold, its a wet cold, will sink through whatever you have on. We used to have a place up in Nyack (NY), right on the Hudson River. In winter it will easily get down lower then the teens, yet for some reason I'm actually colder down here when it gets real cold compared to there as it's more of a dry cold. Don't get me wrong, it was still freezing LOL. But there were times when it was in the 30's-40's there and I had just jeans and thick shirt on, down here, 40's, you won't see me outside LOL.

I'm actually a pure Floridian:p, Nyack house was justa place we had. I'll never forget a couple years ago when they had that blizzard that wasn't expected, and I left with some friends to drive up there and of course got stuck in it. Oh that was a lot of fun, torquey 2wd V8 suv w/ a/t tires and hills, oh yeh, lottso fun lol. Actually scary, George Washington bridge, I couldn't see sh!t, not what you want to feel when your going over a large river like the Hudson lol:D. That was a long drive.

Yo Surfer, If your a pure Floridian and you weren't cold up in NY when it was in the 30's you must have been high on something. That's why you couldn't see the road. :p When were working under cover you need to be able to see straight.

No it was still freezing, anything below 70 to me is freezing LOL. But it didn't seem to be a "damp" cold like we get when its gets really cold for us. I like how they keep the Palisades Mall 1st floor open 24/7 so people can jog since it's 1 mile around lol.

Hey, G-car got awd so we're set in the snow :D

EDIT - oh yeh, Rosie O' Donnel lived down the street and yes, she sounds just like she does on tv, LOUD. Talks like she's yelling at you lol.

I agree, anything below 80 is cool and below 70 is cold. Truls posted links to some videos of Gallardos in the snow the other day. It look like they handled pretty good in the snow. If the snow was to deep I think you would have a real problem.

Well how'd the Floridians make out lol? I was up early and went to Dunkin Donuts to get some food, my truck compas said 38 degrees, think with wind chill the news said 30, warmed up to about 55 or so right now with the sun out. But damn, that was cold as hell this morning for South Florida:D .

I.m sorry to hear that about your poor fishy. I have some salt water fish too. I think I have some extra fish tank heaters if you need one. Let me know and I send on to you.

I was cold this morning. My wife got up and turned the heat on for the 2nd time this year.
