So if i'm applying 920 and 925 a a Griot's machine, which pads am I using? Thanks.

On gel coat, I'd use an orange pad with 920 and a gray finishing pad with 925.

And one last question, more like a double check, these waverunners are loaded with decals, with a sealant, or a one step, or 925 I can just go right over them right? Thanks again.

925 can be used on decals without issue and I recommend it to prevent fading. Just be sure you apply it really thin (I'd probably hand wax these areas) so you don't get residue building up around the edges.
