New client, newish vehicle to him. Wanted it looking its best and coated for long lasting protection and ease of maintenance.

Quick details:

Was full of swirls and some holograms. 3 step correction, my usual suspects, except I added some Menz PO85RD to the mix to finish it off. Aquatek Singular ceramic coating.

Looks fantastic.

Three-step polishing job? Was that due to the hardness of the paint or the severity of the scratches and swirls? Did you start with a compound on a MF pad and work your way up? Just curious as I could see it easily being a two-step and wonder what lead to three.

Paint was finicky and didn't want to finish down to what I wanted. Started with compound on a foam pad, polish on foam, then 085 on a wax/finishing pad that did the trick.

(and the paint, surprisingly so, was not rock hard typical GM (corvette) clear/paint) thank goodness...

Beautiful! A friend has the twin to that car but by no means that perfect!!!

Meh on the car (not my cup of tea) but amazing on the paint work!
