Where does the filter go on my Ducati?

What is the charcoal for? and how does it help when you aren't using the A/C or heater?

The filter is just to help keep dirt out of the fins of the evaporator and heater core, just like the filter in your house. It has nothing to do with what you are breathing.

A filter has the ability to remove some particles and contaminents moving in thru the air. Charcoal has a way of cleaning and reducing the bad scents in the air also.

Where does the filter go on my Ducati?

I think they call those dental dams .... (smiles)
