I bet you were confused when you woke up and if you are anything like me when your put under you were confused a few times. I always have to ask the same questions about 10 times until I am fully cognoscente and really understand.

Yes I was confused, first thing I noticed was I had no pain.
They told me I'd be in a lot of pain afterwards but nothing, it wasn't until later that night that I truly understood what happened.
Looks like I'll have surgery early this week.

Scares me to death that your wife asked if anyone else could do the surgery. I know she meant well, but that could've been a DISASTER

So I went for my surgery but didn't have it, here's why...

I showed up on time, they "prepped" me, put me to sleep, right after I was under my doctor gets a call that he was needed at another hospital, some guy was bleeding inside the brain and it was a 12 hour surgery so I'll have to do it next week, Monday or Wednesday.
My wife asked if someone else could do my surgery being I was in surgery already, like his partner but my doctor said no, just to complicated.
Saying I was confused once I woke up is an understatement.
I'm like what?
But I understood but disappointed , you all know I was very nervous going into this one only to have to go through this all over again.

Thank you all for the prayers and I ask that you continue to do so until this is behind me.

There's so much more to this but I'm not going to bore you all with all the details except to say nothing was done to me except being put to sleep

Sorry to hear that, but your Doc should pay your co-pay.
