California Drought/Water Limitations

I use Pinnacle rinseless wash. I have a Griots microfiber wash mit and a large Griots drying towel. This combination works. I also bought a few grit guards for the bottom of my buckets. I also have dedicated cheap autozone wheel microfiber mit and wheel towels, these take the brunt of the filth. Everything cleans up good.
Remember to break up the sections into small areas if the car is to filthy. We just had snow here and it made my car filthy.
I also remember Meguiars makes a rinseless with no wax. The stuff I use has carnauba in it. 😎

The ocean is like right there, c'mon California!

It's like saying that Hawaii has no usable water.

I experimented with ONR last weekend, no marring or swirls but it seemed to leave a film. I removed the film with Megs 205 followed by Megs Ultimate Liquid Wax (really a sealant). If we are forced to limit our car washes in CA, I will experiment some more. Has any one else noticed a film from ONR ?

How much ONR did you use? When I used too much it streaked on me but never a film.

I use ONR at all office complexes so the eco-Nazis don't bust my chops.

I live in Los Angeles and own two houses next door to each other.
And I quit watering both front and back yards five years ago. If it rains they grow, if it doesn't they die. The only watering they get is from me washing cars parked on the lawns. The lawns are so dead that dogs won't even crap on them anymore.

I cut my water usage from 31 hundred cubic feet every two months to just under 1
Sure did save money. If the city does institute rationing I could still use ten times as much water and be within the limit.

I bet your neighbors Love You!

I would sneak over at night and water your yard.
