Someone should seriously help that one girl though...

Ford & Shelby rule!:righton:

dude that one girl scared me hahaha

but yes... r.i.p mr shelby

The reason why these video's were made, the other video I won't post up because I am not sure how sensative this forum is and people might take offense to it.

But these video's were made because when ford released the GT500 with the number's, the guy in this video AL O. wrote a letter to the GM fan's basically saying sorry, we will do better, etc etc. It was a pathetic letter. I never saw a car company write a letter to there fan's like that. It is what it is. Go back to the drawing board. Ford never wrote a letter to there fan's when the the mustang lost to the camaro.

LOL Thanks for the laugh and the one cheerleader going wild looks like shes having a exorcism.

No offense to Camaro fans, the competition makes both cars better, but I love how they thought the letter was the best thing in the world. It wasn't even really an apology letter, at least the one I saw, it was more of letter reassuring fans that the Camaro is ahead of the game and that Ford is playing catch-up.:poke:

Funny video AND funny that GM got B*&$# slapped with the new GT500!! LOL. Even being a Camaro fan it makes me tuck my tail and hide! COMEON GM horsepower ratings that start with a 5? REALLY? You think that will hold up for long these days?

Although I must say that 580hp must still be a BLAST cause I know I have a ton-o-fun with my measley 230 in my Formula.

Gm thought they beat the mustang until the new gt500 came out

Im glad everyone is cool on this forum. It's all for fun. Im a mustang guy at heart but if I had the extra cash and room I would have a c6 z06 parked next to my mustangs.

lol you saw the letter too? haha. I never saw a car company write a letter like that. It really did blow my mind.

Even the new 2011 5.0 base GT is hard to beat. The GT500 does not have the new technology that the new 5.0 motor has. The base GT with bolt on's will run 11's all day long. I don't endorse street racing or agree with it, hehe, but at a few meet's, there have been bolt on 2011+ gt mustangs stay side by side with a heads cam intake fully built camaro or trans am. That is impressive if you ask me. Back in the day, or even still today, and built ls1 ls2 etc are strong. powerful motor's, but they have the displacement.

some GT500 owner's are, well, upset so to say? Including the terminator guy's like myself. You can buy a base GT now, throw a supercharger on it with a measly 8lbs of boost and walk most street car's with little effort. You won't be doing that on 8lbs of boost with a GT500 or a 03 04 cobra. Never.

Now if ford come's out with a 5.8L or a 6.2L motor with the same technology as the 5.0 now? You will see number's exceeding a 7L pushrod motor that is found in the new z06 and blow that number out of the water. without a supercharger or turbo.

Blew my mind too. Just still couldn't believe how many people thought it was like a gift from above. It was even funny back in 2010, Mustang still had the 4.6-3V then, that so many comparison tests were still picking the Mustang over the Camaro.

I for one can't wait for the day when the power of the Shelby 1000 will be rolling off the line in Flat Rock. Im the MAN

hehehe. yes!!!

Hey did you see the concept picture of the 2015 mustang? Getting a bit europeanish IMO. Building a new GT500 will be tough as well. They have no choice now to make it better. If they go backward's then its all over.

Also I hope they keep the 5.0 motor going. Heck, back in 2011 when they came out justin from vmp, his wife went 10's on stock motor stock trains, stock converter full weight. Impressive!!!

I've seen a couple different renderings but yeah, definitely euro-ish. Ford kind of has the Aston Martin theme going on. They're all kind of getting like that though. Should be interesting to see how people react to it finally getting IRS. And yes, definitely no choice but to make it better from now on. Unless one of the engineers really loved the Mustang II.

These are two of the ones I really like. There was one that somebody on a forum drew up that I really loved, but can't find it at the moment.

If you think about, all the modern muscle cars today are really more like sports cars.

Also I hope they keep the 5.0 motor going. Heck, back in 2011 when they came out justin from vmp, his wife went 10's on stock motor stock trains, stock converter full weight. Impressive!!!

I remember this, very impressive.:xyxthumbs:
