There should be a place where yo put a 3/8"(not metric) rachet end in and either pull it or push it to relieve the tesnsion. I have only done this on US cars not mteric so it might be different. You still need to relieve the tension. Don't try to take it off without you might strip a bolt and that would really blow.
Can anyone change a pulley in FL?

That silver bolt in the middle of the pulley, turn that clock wise (with whatever socket fits, looks like maybe a 15mm) and that will relieve the tension. Keep turning clockwise to free it, maybe be tuff since it is more than likly loctite'd from the factory.
