Hi, I started detailing my car, and unfortunately after I clayed and used the XMT swirl remover with the PC I hurt my back so I couldn't complete my detail. My question is, its been about a week now and I want to finish the car (glaze, seal, wax), should I just wash the car or can I clay it again to make sure its really clean. Thanks in advance.

Has the car been driven? If it's not, you can use a quick detailer to get the dust off (using Cobra microfiber of course, or any boutique microfiber you have). Since you recently clayed, no need to do it again, since the paint is clean now. If the car has been driven, then you have to wash before anything :) I hope this helps!

:iagree: Since you just clayed it, there's no need to do it again. Just wash and start polishing! :D

Agreed you don't need to clay it again. If you completed the XMT#2 stage last week, then just wash and continue from there. I don't think its necessary to polish again.

Hope you're feeling better.

:iagree: No need to clay again. If you finish off with XMT360 it's an AIO with a sealant. Then wax with liquid or souveran paste, depending on color. What is the color of your car?
