Can I fix this? Or will the bumper have to be repainted?

I saw a thread on here fixing key marks but I do not think this is the same.

Well that does not sound as bad as I was expecting, hopefully I can find a shop in the Bay Area that can do it for that price.

try to do a rattle can job on it.

At worst you ll spend 50-60 bux and learn a few things, than have to go to a shop but id give it a go and see if you can fix it on your own.
