Can WETS build up into a film?

Wondering if anyone has had an issue with too many "layers" over the years using WETS? I always wondered if it could end up flaking, yellowing, building up into a high film or something. I use it on my rubber trim and pebble black plastics, but always feared that it would eventually get over-applied.

If that makes sense...

I have used WETS (and McKee's plastic trim restorer which I swear are the same two products) for years, and I have not found any evidence of this at all.

Yeah I have both too and haven't used M37 yet. It's good to hear you haven't noticed any build up. What intervals do you use it in?

You work on Ford's right? Well I have a 19 f250. I wanted to use it on the mirrors black pebble plastic. What ya think? I use it on the bed rails and look good for sure. Truck is new so it as a whole looks good, but I like how rich it makes them look.

I use both when they seem to start fading. IME, about 3+ months.

I do not work on Fords, I only drive them for a Ford Dealer. (Dealer to dealer swaps/trades)

I am sure the products will work the same or similarly on the Ford plastics. :)
