Can't get through to customer service

I've been trying to resolve an issue with a recent order, but I can't get through to customer service via email or phone. I was told that I would have an email "within the hour" of calling yesterday at 1pm, and I haven't heard back from anyone. I'm not trying to start a flame war, just really want to talk to someone from the company -- calls to customer service go unanswered.

Can someone from Autogeek please contact me regarding order# 1192076? All of my contact info should be on file.
 
Just a guess, but they are having the season 2 Competition Ready premier at the shop today, might be a little less organized then normal.
Bet they will get back to you ASAP and you now have this to prove you had tried to get a hold of them.
They'll fix it.
 
Heard back from them shortly after posting this. Issue has been resolved.
