I've had really good luck with Viper alarms over the years. I got rid of a 1990
Honda accord a couple of years ago that had a Viper system in it and it was still working after the 16 years I had it. Since 1988 I've had Viper alarms put in every car I owned and they were installed by the same place each time and never had any problems. They also had remote starters in each unit, pretty nice in the winter. My newest car has a Viper alarm with a transponder that alerts me if someone tries to get into the car and shows me on a small key fob screen what part of the car they're trying to get into. The people that installed the Viper also installed a K40 hidden radar detector and jammer for both front and rear protection. Also had Lojac in put in. I guess it's all kind of overkill, it's not like I'm driving some big buck supercar, it's just a Inf. G35 cpe but it's mine and I'd like to hold on to it till I decide to get rid of it. Bottom line is try Viper but check out the rep of the place that installs it. Best system is junk if it's installed wrong. Just my 2 cents.
