Car cover for Acorn protection?

Hi,

not a detailing question but I will have some soon enough. The trees covering my driveway are just dropping acorns nonstop, i'm waiting to cut the trees down but it's quite expensive. I don't want to park on the street. I'm hoping maybe a good car cover for now?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You need a good thick cover for that, one of the multilayer ones. It is not a panacea, as it will mar your car if you are putting it on and taking it off a dirty car, and it will be difficult when it's wet, etc.
