Pressure wash under the hood. Preferably steam clean it though.

Most of what I have seen done there by used car places is they follow that with tire shine. But, that just makes me look closer to see what's going on under there.

Learn to use an AIO on the outside. Two passes will still clean the paint. Put any extra time into working the gloss points. Flex 3401 would be a good friend to you.

On the interior, use a good AIO cleaner in a bucket with a few microfibers (Gary Dean style). Follow, as you go, with drying towel dampened with dressing.Put it in a Solo sprayer and get good at putting the right amount on the towel.
