I would start with CarPro Spotless. Wash the vehicle, get it mostly to nearly dry then spritz and let dwell. Work one panel at a time. Then wash as if you were washing the car (I like CarPro Reset) and rinse. Really tough spotting may take two attempts but it should clear it up. IF that doesn't work, you can move up to 3D Eraser Gel. Same deal, wash and rinse. Just be sure not to let it dwell long on black trim or glass. I would avoid getting on those surfaces for now as it's going to need to dwell longer than those surfaces can stand. You may need to re-coat the vehicle but I would suggest just hitting it with a ceramic topper first to see how it holds up from there.
Overall though, after two years of exposure, you might really benefit from a full polish and re-coat as you've no-doubt got some road film build up on the car. Although Eraser Gel should remove that so perhaps just a light polish and recoat at that point.
