Car Pro Iron X or Iron X Soap Gel?

well i just loooked over my car that was washed with iron x soap gel. most of the rust spots (rail dust) did not dissappear. however i have a small chip which was rusted so i poured some soap gel 0 parts water 1 part soap and the rust dissappeared and was left with a yellow surface.

avi, if the soap gel at 0:1 stronger or spray 0:1 stronger?

On website it says avoid using it on chrome. So IronX is safe on chrome?

ironx is stronger, the soapgel is car shampoo with iron remover property
leave it enough time on your car, with the foam you made it will work on these iron spots as well, but again, the SG is more for maintenance washing.. it cleans very well your car or wheels, with very smooth feeling , i think you saw that after washing..
the idea is not to get it too much diluted with the sponge or wash mitt. then it will be stronger reaction.
i saw a guy in UK who used it neat with detailing brush on the wheel , brush it all over.. with maybe 10ml... great cleaning and economic.
 
Bought some TR.IX in my last order and also got a free bottle of the Soap Gel thanks to AG’s great sale.

Have a few questions about them. Since I also picked up Dr.Colorchip with this order, can both of the above products be used once the chip repairs have cured (30days). I really bought the TR.IX as one of the steps to prepping the surface for Dr.Colorchip but would also like to use in the future if it’s safe.

Also, as far as the Soap Gel goes, is it mild enough to be safe on sealants or will it strip them off? Since my car is a daily driver and is always parked outside I like the idea of using the Soap Gel once a month or so just to stay on top of contaminants. That’s assuming it doesn’t strip the sealant, since my 2 coats of Deep Gloss sealant easily last 4+ months.

The question of whether Trix is safe on dr colorchip I would i expect it is. I have seen no issue but you should direct the question to Dr. Color chip to be sure. Ask them if it is safe to use strong cleaners with degreasing abilities and if it affects their touchup paint.

Using soap gel and now snow soap on sealants... It depends on how durable, age of sealant, length of time etc gel is left on paint but it can have some affect on the sealant. On waxes it affects it a lot more. On sealants it should not remove it or affect it noticeably in one time use. If you use the snow foam and dilute it to the high end it becomes a nice snow soap that doesn't affect the sealant but still cleans well but also no longer affects the iron due to the heavy dilution.
