It is recommended that the a/c be ran once a month, on hot or cold temp, to circulate the oil in the system.

this is good to know because I never use the heater and hardly use the AC even in the Texas heat. Might have to start using it to prevent problems.

I drove my old car for at least 2 years without AC and hated every second of it. Since then I got a new car and LOVE AC.
