You don't have a Car Quest or Napa locally?
## Citrus Wash is my favorite. One ounce for 5 gallons, you cannot beat that.
I've never understood sudsing as making for a good soap.
Dawn suds awesome!!! LOL!
I really do not use a strong wash to strip wax.......polishing will do that. I just like to amp it up to cut down on the sheer work involved. I also think it's better on the paint to let the chemical do the work instead of mechanical work of scrubbing.if you guys want a soap that strips the wax add an ounce of p21s totol auto wash to you bucket of shampoo.
DG is pretty gental, I've never noticed it to harm lsp unlike NXT. Its all I pretty much use and I know it's gental as there are sometimes spots I can't get off when washing that would come off with NXT. I'm sure putting 1 or 2 caps per gallon it would be strong like any other wash.Ive used the total auto wash in my soap mix to clean a really dirty car, that cobalt I posted up awhile ago...
that stuff is strong and real safe on CC, the car hand no protection on it to strip, but im sure it will strip an LSP.
Anyone find the duragloss soap to be strong? like stripping wax strong? I really wouldnt know because I wax so often, but im just wondering about it. I also now have citrus wash and gloss If I need a strong cleaning soap.
AND I have nxt for a strong soap too, I guess my soaps are mostly strong and not so gentle, but so far ive seen no adverse effects.
tom I think you said you thought the duragloss was a little strong?
Agree for vehicles that are washed on bi-weekly schedule...I don't do it on my own cars, I'd rather presoak with a foam gun twice.I really do not use a strong wash to strip wax.......polishing will do that. Anyone agree?
