I live in canada were we are not allowed to let phosphates go down the sewer system.Im sure there are allot more countries the same as ours.My question is if this is not suppose to take place why do all the major auto chains sell car wash solutions.Where exactally am I suppose to use them at.A neighbour told me the other day while I washed my car in the drive way she was going to phone the by law officers if it happened again.(big fines).Cheers .Solutions???
 
Optimum, Ultima, and DP all offer rinseless and waterless wash type systems which should work.
 
tell her to mind her own ##$%! business and bugger off

then use a phosphate free shampoo so the bylaw officers can't do anything when they come... and they will come
