What is the best machine and or product to use for interior cleaning. that's in a reasonable price range?

An arsenal of detailing brushes and microfiber towels with a quality APC will be the least expensive. The tornador is a nifty tool that will let you do an even better job but obviously at a higher cost. The dynamic (albeit expensive) duo of interior cleaning is a quality steamer and carpet extractor. However their prices are reasonable only if you a) find a steal of a price or b) you have a large enough customer flow to justify the expense.

For interior carpets/fabric seats there are generally 3 choices:
  • Wet vac and towels (Free) that works well enough but takes time
  • Bissell Little Green (about $100) that automates applying chemicals, adds a tiny bit of heat, but often requires a wet vac to finish the extraction.
  • Mytee II or similar professional extractor ($700-800), much faster and handles both application and extraction. But also costs much more than the other options.

You can do very good work with option 1 or 2 and move up to an extractor after a year or so when business can justify the expense and keep it busy.
