I'm gradually migrating all my buffing towels to 16x16. Folded into quarters it's the perfect size, and a dual-plush (short nap one side, plush on the other) gives four "sides" for product removal and four for buffing, or eight if I use a single plush (both sides plush).
I use grout sponges or IncrediWhatever for RW. The 16x24 plushes always seem to unfold and get unwieldy when I dry and buff RW.
