Carpro Merino Wool Mitt

Hope this is in the right section, but today I received my order that contained a CP wool wash mitt. It felt good and all but near the bottom there are some forms of crystals, salt or something formed in the strands. They are hard and NO GOOD.

Should I wash and use or return this item?

False alarm..they are dissolving in warm water.

Sooo somehow my mitt got facedown in concrete or something and has grass pieces all over it. They don't seem to come out easily. Should I throw it in the washing machine or the trash?

Brush it with a hair brush

your going to want to brush it after every use once it dries. Keeps it just like new.
