I think you are going to need something more than more than PERL if your plastics are faded. Definitely take a look at Solution Finish, Ultima Trim and Tire, or Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant.

I have used Maxima SC1 with great results, faded out mud flaps trim on toper and ATVs.
