CarPro So2Pure Air Purifying Coating

I want to try this product. As always I bought it and now have a question. Reading on their website they comment on "Not using it on black or dark colors as the oxidation process may

lift the pigment from the color." Kind of confused because they say you can put it on your dash and door panels etc. which in my case are black. Am I missing something?

I've been using So2Pure for years now on dark interiors and have yet to have a problem.If you ever have doubt thou,treat the surface in a small inconspicuous place before proceeding until your satisfied with the results:xyxthumbs:

QUOTE=Avi@CarPro;681533]Hi

it will not damage your dash or any black surface.. on hard plastic just spray it and wipe off
there is no color pigments inside sopure , its mostly precaution step not to spray too much on plastic and leave it to dry without wipe off.
if you follow the application it will be more than ok[/QUOTE]

Thanks for the replies. That's good news. Going to try it now.

A very interesting product and super informative thread!! :props:

Unfortunately this is one of the Carpro product that's didn't impress me one bit. I still got half of the 120ml bottle. Anyone wanna trade?

Avi, I was under the impression this product was for fabrics. On surfaces like leather, vinyl, etc, aren't you best served to just completely clean those areas thus removing all the bacteria... And then use this product on fabrics where you can't always get to every bacteria? Educate me please.
Corey I apply to all surfaces including DASHBOARDS, DOORS ETC. Nothing does as well in the dash vents!
