Car enthusiasts start showing up from all over Florida in the early morning to get a good place to park plus some hot (or Iced!) coffee and fresh warm pastries!
Mike & Bob had a HUGE announcement to make - Our Very Own TV Show - Competition Ready hosted by Mike Phillips & Adrienne (AJ) Janic!
From the producers of some of our favorite car shows such as Car Crazy Central, Overhaulin', and the "Extreme" series, comes the next big Velocity TV hit. Follow Mike Phillips and Overhaulin' star Adrienne (AJ) Janic around the country as he meets and works with some of the nations best vehicle builders to get their cars Competition Ready.
Rob & Jason from SONAX USA were this month's special guests and gave a short tech session on four of their products!
In addition to that we also announced a Sponsorship with the Ed Carpenter Racing team for the INDYCAR Series!
The Show-Car Garage was packed awaiting the announcement!

Mike was then congratulted by Jason & Meghan!
As well as several other congratulations from other Velocity Network Stars including Matt Steele, Bruno Massel, Wayne Carini, Chris Jacobs, Ray Evernham and even Barry Meguiar!

Mikes was surprised to learn that he was receiving a huge office!
As you can tell by his reaction - Mike was ecstatic!
Bob Mckee ended the announcement by handing out the first Competition Ready T-Shirt to Mike Phillips - In addition he also let the crowd know that Mike would be giving out and signing T-Shirts for the crowd!

After a quick break Bob introduced our guests and handed the mic over to Rob and Jason from SONAX USA
The first product showcased was the Sonax Glass Cleaner - Which we learned has low alcohol content which allows more time to clean and dry without the cleaner evaporating and leaving streaks!
Jason demonstrated how to properly clean glass using the 'Sonax System' which goes as such:
1) Lower window slightly so that the top of the window can be cleaned
2) Wet Glass Microfiber with glass cleaner
3) Starting at the top edge, work your way down the window with the glass cleaner
4) Use a clean Glass Microfiber to dry the remainder of the glass cleaner leaving a streak-free finish.
Rob then took over and demonstrated the Leather Foam Leather Cleaner & Conditioner and dirt eraser on the Leather Seats:
Simply spraying on, lightly scrubbing with the Dirt Eraser and Drying excess with a microfiber left the seats cleaned and supple!
Sonax Polymer Net Shield was the next product applied to this Mercedes.
Rob applied the sealant by spraying it onto his applicator, then spreading across half of the trunk lid.
This product requires no cure time and can be removed immediately (and effortlessly) after applying to the surface.

The next product, Sonax Wheel Cleaner PLUS, took the tech session outside.
Jason Kept it simple, spraying the Sonax Wheel Cleaner onto the dirty wheel and allowing the product to remove brake dust before rinsing off.
