Hello Everyone,
Last week we had the honor of being the official detailer for the 40th Annual Vettes on the Rockies in Winter Park, Colorado. Over 300 Corvettes from around the country came to mountains for a week of cruises, rallies, auto cross, food, friends, and of course Corvettes. This was also the first time that the 2014 Corvette Stingray was present in Colorado and was shipped out from Detroit specifically for this event.
So what did we do? Well, we detailer Corvettes, lots of them. Of almost every model and body style. We even assisted with the detailing of one of the Stingrays (production number 2) that was being filmed for an upcoming video. In addition to providing detailing services for a fee, we also sponsored the free self-serve car wash for the do-it-yourselfers.
I love detailing any car. But I really enjoy multiple-day events dedicated to a specific brand or car. The passion of the owners is matched by our passion for detailing. It was a great week with some amazing American machines. This was my second year at this event. We detailed over 30 Vettes from simple washes to polishing and claying. And we did it at 9,500 feet above sea level. Needless to say we were tired, thirsty, and sun burned by the end of the event. It was worth it.
So we thought we would share some pictures from the event and show off a bit. Enjoy!
