Hey Mike Congrats on a very successful two years at AG! It was great meeting you this spring.

It was a pleasure meeting you also, you definitely have a passion for the craft! It was great that when you came by Autogeek we had a chance to work on a cool car together...

I first heard of Mike Phillips when I joined MOL about 6 years ago and he answered a question I had about Meguiar's DC system. I thought, "Wow, this guy might just know something!" ;)

My father and I went out to Tampa and met Mike at a Meguiar's Road Show Class and I was blown away by not only the quality of information but way Mike presented it. Over the last 4 years Mike and I have become friends. While people on this forum may know him as the 'TV Guy' or as the knowledge guy, they may not know how geniue of a person he truly is. If you ask about his job he will give you an 'awe-shucks' grin and explain with enthusiasm that he just likes helping people get better detailing their cars in their garage.

Congrats Mike! Many people may see the end result but everybody appreciates the hard work and dedication you have put it to get this far. :props:

Thanks Todd for the kind words. One of the things I love most about my job in this industry and especially in the forum world are the friends I make. I can't even begin to count how many friends I've made via discussion forums and through all the detailing classes I have had the good fortune to teach over the years.

The Roadshow Classes are my favorite because it's a chance to finally meet the people you talk to on the forums and it goes without saying the caliber of people I've met, like yourself, is always the highest.

:)

Yeah, way to go Mike. You truly have an All Star team at AG. To celebrate your 2 years, and the generous offer from AG I placed another order. I went with Wolfsteins Tonneau Cover Care Kit, the Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant, the DP Krystal Vision Glass Combo, and more Microfiber with the Micro Fiber Towel Combo. Congratulations and keep up all the great work.

Thanks Bill,

I appreciate the kind words and your friendship...

Next time I see you I'll have to let you give me some first-hand tips on how to take great pictures!

Congratulations on 2 years with Autogeek, Mike.. time sure flies, doesn't it?

Hey Mike, Congrats on two years. It doesn't seem like that long. I remember years ago I was on a truck forum and somebody said some guy was starting a detailing forum over at Meguiar's, so I checked it out, joined, and have been a fan and learning ever since. When you came to AG I followed you here and have watched your career grow. It was nice to finally get to meet you at Detail Fest this year, you were really busy but still took the time to shake my hand, take a couple of pictures, and talk alittle, that's CLASS. Hope you have many more years ahead and GOOD LUCK. :xyxthumbs:
