Ceramic coating over matte black vinyl decals?

Just purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma Pro. Comes with black matte vinyl on the hood and door pillars. Can I apply ceramic coating over these when I coat the rest of the truck? I really want to have them protected so they last a long time without fading or peeling. Thanks!
 
When I had my Abarth I coated the vinyl stripes on my car with ZERO issues

No problems coating over vinyl even if they are matte black.
