Ceramic coating real life swirl/scratch resistance

In your experience, whats the real life difference in look and functionality between the Crystal Serum Ultra alone, and when its topped with EXO?

Water spotting and beading I presume are the advertised benefits.

I never felt or used Crystal Serum Ultra as it is a certified/authorized installer coating, but Exo is also meant to add some slickness that the base coating may lack on top of the anti-water spotting and more hydrophobic properties. Perhaps you can take it back to where you had it installed and let the installer know that you are having issues with the coating and see what he/she tells you.
