CG black light

is it a polish? a glaze ? wax or what ?

No one really knows for sure, not even CG. If you search around you can find a few threads asking the same question but from what I have seen its more of a glaZe/polish bc most top it with some sort of wax. A popular combo is black light topped with v7.

Yeah I've searched and I'm not the only one. Also what is v7 ? Would black light even benifit my color car

CG BL does correct and makes paint very shiny, so I considered it a polish.
It also fills, so it has glaze properties.
It also protects without any carnuba, so that makes it a sealant.

I considered it a AIO, but don't expect strong correction or protection from it. It is made for paint in good to excellent condition. The results combined with V7 is simply amazing, especially if you're putting it on your avatar ride.

If Blacklight does have "Polishing" attributes to it,does CG use SMAT/DAT micro abrasives?

So would you recommend it for my car ? They have it on sale right now, but I already have some polishes. I was thinking of getting the lava also.

Hard to answer your question without knowing the condition of your paint and what you want to achieve.

It's a great product for sure, but your paint needs to be nearly perfect. It will only remove the lightest cobwebs and swirls.

Whats nice it is so easy to apply via DA, leaving a slippery and shiny surface. Let it cure for about 30 minutes and hit it with V7.

I dot think my paint is near perfect yet. I need to re polish the whole car in the coming weeks

The V7 seems to be a spray sealant. So it does have protective properties.

Okay, that's good to know. Should it only be used one a week, month ? Sorry for all the questions guys. When it comes to CG there descriptions lack proper information.

After each wash is when I use a spray wax or sealant. Doing this will increase the durability of the base coat of protection and you won't have to seal or wax your car as much.
