CG Luber and Pad Conditioner

Anyone else have the suspicion these are the same product? Look, smell, taste? :doh: the same
 
I had gotten some pad conditioner and pad cleaner and those I know are the same product. I ended up diluting the pad conditioner to save product and use the full strength when washing the pads.
