Had this Black pearl Challenger come in for a AIO. Overall it was in good shape. The rear quarters had been painted and obviously it showed due to the buffer trails and light sanding scratches still present.

Washed, Nanoskin fine mitt, wheels cleaned with Iron-x, tires with tuff shine. Wheels sealed with Hydro2. Tires dressed with Megs all season dressing. I did top it with Natty's red for a little added protection.

Paint was polished with HD Speed, 3401 set at 5.5 with a orange CCS pad. Like always speed was a pleasure to use and managed to remove most defects.

After prepping.

Sanding marks.

After polishing

All done!

Wow beautiful

I gotta get me some HD speed, does anyone know how long the wax or sealant lasts on this AIO ?

Thanks for sharing :dblthumb2:

Honestly the sealant in speed doesn't last long at all. They recommend to top with HD poxy or express.

Thanks for the kind words.

I wouldn't use it as a coating prep as it has some sealant characteristics.

Funny that you asked. In testing right now doing that. Polished my wife's blue LTZ 1500 Silverado with speed. Then polished with Pinnacle surface cleansing polish then topped with Pinnacle black label diamond paint coating. So far so good. As long as the sealants are removed then it should work. Seeing as the sealants in speed wear off quickly anyway then a good prep should work.

Thanks I'm gonna stick to prep polish to be safe. It would be a PITA to have to start over because the paint aint prep right.

Great job!!!

Been a big fan of HD Speed for a long time for AIO package. Glad to see it getting so much love on AG. Usually top it off on a final wipe and buff with D156 for an awesome shine. Just added HD Polish and HD Poxy to the shelf but haven't gotten to use them yet.

Thank you!!! HD Polish and HD Poxy are on the list to try at some point. I like that speed is so versatile.
