Since you don't do this for a living I'm sure it's hard to come up with a price, and for a friend even harder since you always want to "help them out." I would base your price on wether he has helped you with something you could not do for yourself in the past. Or has helped you in general, if so then take that into consideration. If none of the above apply then a good friend price for what you have listed would be 200, especially if there's wet sanding involved. Also think about coating it after all that correction if he doesn't like to wax his own car, and just charge him the cost of whatever coating he chooses
