Nice video Tom. :props:

I always see this on Facebook. How much did that machine cost you? And can you clean the interior with it also? I was looking into getting a steamer, the VX5000 looked good.

Nice work Tom. Next thing you know you'll be in Hollywood and forget us here on AG j/k.When you have a car in the winter that doesn't have any coating on it are you putting any type of spray wax or ? ? after the wash ? I picked up a vx5000 but have only used it inside my shop on interior and exterior. Was wondering what you would apply in adverse weather conditions to protect the paint.

If there's no wax its no diff than a reg wash...I have spray wax I can use.

I use aquawax after steam wash to aid with drying the moist

Did you check out the EZ brush for the back of the wheels yet?
I also have the Raceglace XL brush

Great. I'm getting ready to try a couple of jobs soon that will be outside and wondered if the spray or quick wax would work in winter conditions. I didn't want to steam a car and leave it unprotected. :dblthumb2:

That machine has some serious power. Are you sure you aren't removing wax with that high heat?

Where did you get machine? What is it called?

Thanks Tom. Now you can come up and show me the proper way to use it.:autowash:

That's pretty cool! The steamer looks like it works good!

:props:

it really depends on how far the steam nozzle is to the paint surface and it looks cold from where he is, so the steam won't do harm on your wax or sealant. Try finish kare hi temp wax.
But becareful of the glass.

Yea if its not point blank at the paint it won't hurt anything ive washed same cars numerous timed and I noticed no change in it beading.

I thought about using my VX5000 but the pressure just doesn't cut it(I have mine at 5.5 bars) and it loses pressure to quick and takes to long to build back up to efficiently wash a car.

I always see these on facebook too! I've looked into them but hard to find a price or where to get them

It's always on the sidebars, advertising the steamer. I guess Facebook knows where I spend my money. Im the MAN

Well I'm actually making a call to GM tomorrow because I over heard they are hosting the super bowl so since I got the World Series I figure I can't stop there!!!!

That is one beast of a machine. I hope I can afford one someday!

I want it. Maybe ill put it on my Christmas list and leave it around the house with my credit card attached to it, maybe the wife might find and order it, or not...
