bambo..check out my avavtar. i ride for a living. i also do collision reconstruction when people die in car or m/c crashes. i have investigated my share of both. wear the helmet, it does help. the other very important thing is take at least one msf safety course, they have both beginner and advanced. you will learn something that will save your life!!

boss- my house has limited parking, just the driveway and when I'm in the carport, which is always, the others have to park on the street or grass.
