Just soak it with a vinyl rubber conditioner,I've seen this happen all the time when the apc is to strong looks like the steam eradicated any kind of dressing you may have had on it good luck.
No thanks for me I would never take the risk of using that,I can see that thing melt off the writing off on the radio buttons probably good for carpet stains though.
