Wow! That's pretty neat!

Read this online,

The technology works by running a current through a special polymer applied to the vehicle before painting. This polymer contains particles of ‘paramagnetic’ iron oxide. With the application of an electric current, the spacing of the oxide’s crystals is adjusted, affecting their level of light reflection and thus our colour perception.

Yes its fake, a paint job like that would cost $100k+ I would think even if it was something available. & I don't think they would put it on a base challenger. Did they paint the windows to?

Fake,

All background objects are changing color as well. Look at vehicles in background and grass on the hill.

Probably some gimmicky "effect" on the camcorder or rendering software.

I actually had this idea years ago - That there must be a way to make pigment receptive to changes in voltage. Flip a switch, change the voltage, new color.

However, there is a big flaw with this type of thinking. Many body panels are no longer metal. Bumpers, spoilers, rocker panels (and more depending on the model). Neat idea but not really feasable with today's cars.

It is just a prank..
