I love the Hex Logic pads and their pad cleaner. I just used their Final Polish on Friday. It was good, but dusted too much to want to buy it again. I believe they are discontinuing it anyways.

They have a store in OC now. On Harbor in SA. Grand opening was last weekend. You can get your stuff in about 15 minutes now.

Their "V" series products are really good. I actually like them better than M105/205 (I know that's blasphemy to say that around here lol). Their detail sprays are pretty good. And I just used black light and V07 on my last detail and they were great. JetSeal 109 is good too IMO.
 
If you live on the west coast it is much faster than ago. Ago is the slowest shipper by far, but it's probably due to the distance.

Then it makes sense, living in Michigan, that CG would take a minute to get here.
 
4th day now , no update progress on my order . 2 emails sent with no replies . I hope someone else has these gallons I will be using cause I will not order from cg direct again .

Most orders placed before 5:30 pm ship the same day; how long it takes is dependent on your location. Trust me when I say, we can packages out as fast as possible. The night shift has enabled us to raise our shipping cut off from 11 am EST to 5:30 pm EST.

If you need something in a hurry, give us a call and we'll set you up with expedited shipping. So long as it isn't something heavy or over sized, we can discount the (expedited) shipping rates. :dblthumb2:

Our ears are always open for requests so if there are any Chemical Guys products you guys would like to see on our shelves, please do not hesitate to send me an email. I know a guy that knows another guy that knows the lady who orders Chemical Guys. ;)

Try calling- I've never had an issue getting through by phone.
