I would recommend against it. The paint should be easy to clean with any wash designed for cars or detail sprays, and anything stuck like tar or sap probably won't be dissolved by an all purpose cleaner. I think the biggest problem is the lack of lubricants in the cleaner which is necessary for cleaning the paint without harming it.
 
I just used tap water when diluting it.

It will most likely weaken or remove your wax or sealant.
 
A nice product.. I always use it on door jambs, works like a champ.
